This was the first dental office I picked on my own with my new insurance, and I was honestly stressed about the whole process - finding a good provider, understanding coverage, and hoping it would be a positive experience. From the very first visit, I felt completely at ease. The front office staff are incredibly welcoming, kind, and organized. They helped explain everything clearly and made the coordination with my insurance completely painless. My hygienist is fantastic - super friendly, and always makes thoughtful conversation throughout the cleaning. Dr. Mohsen is also kind, professional, and explains things clearly without ever making you feel rushed or overwhelmed. You can tell the whole team genuinely cares about their patients. I personally am NOT good at the dentist, I have a hard time, and they're all so patient and calm with me. They are super accommodating to those who have issues (modifying how they go about filling a cavity for me without risking quality). I personally have a bone to pick with dentists who are very patronizing when they realize it's been a while since you've been there or make you feel bad about the state of your dental health. Not everyone can even afford to go! This is NOT the case here!!! They are truly understanding and never make me feel bad. Only encourage good habits and don't make a big deal out of it when you have a cavity. In terms of the front desk. They are SO wonderful. They walk me through pricing and give me all the numbers I need. They also work directly with insurance and are overall extremely helpful. One of the hygienists actually remembered so many things about me (I had met her once and it had been a year and a half since!) I was shocked! Truly the best place to go. They make the dentist a calming process for me when I have a really hard time being there in the first place!

What I enjoy most about this dentist office is the quality of the service that is provided everytime. I remember my first appointment with Dr. Ibrahim like it was yesterday. I walked in and I told him all about my bad experiences with dentist in the past and he assured me that it would be OK; he was right. Just a few examples of how AMAZING Dr. Ibrahim and his team are: I had a route canal done in his office and returned right to work following the procedure. Everyone in the office was so surprised at how well I was doing. I was in Florida when I broke my tooth and I was able to call him on his cell phone about what I should do until I returned to jersey. He schedule me to the same day that I arrived back from my trip. I had a route canal that got infected because I failed to follow doctors orders and take the antibiotics, so I called him late in the night crying about the pain. He didn't get mad at me but asked if there was a 24 hour pharmacy to which I could go to and get a prescription filled. Keeping in mind that this was close to mid night. He even told me if the pain was that unbearable that he would make a house call. Fast forward to two years later, and I have moved an hour+ away from this office location. But I take that drive every time because I know how amazing he is and I am not willing to give that up. Dr. Ibrahim and his staff are beyond AMAZING!!! He is a great example of the kind of dentist that we need in the world today. I dread the day that I get an health insurance plan that does not include him.

We moved back and now live over 40 mins away and still make the drive because they are so wonderful. It's also very helpful that they have some late afternoon/evening appointments available so that you don't have to miss work (or simply use as an excuse to leave a little early). Also, after not coming for almost 4 years (those out of state moves), the receptionist immediately recognized my wife the minute we walked in! Talk about making someone feel special!
