Claudio is the proprietor and pizzaiolo, originally from Naples I believe, but now a resident of Elba. The mojitos here are exceptional. There are just a couple of pasta dishes and I'm a fan of the trofie al pesto. Among the pizzas, I dig the Bufalina, which is like a margherita with buffalo mozzarella. This is a very chill spot next to the harbor, where the music has switched from reggae last summer to slow jams.
