I had to talk to the owner just for him to communicate my needs to the manicurist. While I am not saying she cannot speak her native language, at least make an effort to understand your customers. Then she had the nerve to overcharge me $105+ for a gel pedicure and a regular manicure. When it would normally be below $80. I am never coming to this establishment again. Matter of fact, I was told by the manicurist to never return! Disgusting customer service, even though she did a good job on the nails.

Easily one of the worst nail experiences I've had in the ten years of getting my nails done. It was…read moremy first time getting the dip powder done and was compelled to go here based on the rave reviews. The owner did my nails, she was sweet for the most part but was doing my nails as well as another girl, which is frustrating because it delays my process, keeps me there longer as well as her getting distracted. Toward the end she was rushing and no longer shaping my nails as it seemed that she had overbooked the salon. She got up 2 times to do eyebrow waxes. Truthfully I am a waitress and I understand that things happen and running a business isn't easy, but my nails ended up translucent instead of a soft teal and I paid to sit there for over an hour for it.
