TLDR: Anna is amazing, with great customer service, communication, and follow-through, and I will refer all real estate business to her! Long version: Anna was a referral from an old high school friend of mine and I admit I initially had reservations due to her experience being mainly in residential real estate and the property that I had the pleasure of trying to sell was a commercial property of my in-laws with multiple family members involved...yeah, not fun. Well, I made the mistake of going with another realtor Michael Gordon who absolutely over-promised and under-delivered. From not responding to emails, selective answering to questions, not keeping us in the loop of what was going on, and never wanting/willing to come meet me in person, I mean the list goes on with how bad this realtor was. I am usually not one to put people on blast, but I mean this guy is really really bad, as unprofessional as I've ever experienced.
