Everyone loved the mac and cheese. The Cole slaw was a vinegar based slaw and was good, but I prefer creamy Cole slaw. Just a personal preference. I had an Aperol spritz and it was delicious. Nice and refreshing! For my main, I did the steak. It came with mashed potatoes and asparagus. It also came with a huge dollop of herby garlicky butter. So good! Everything was seasoned, hot, and delicious. We did three desserts. The skillet cookie, the chocolate egg, and the caramel apple pie. The chocolate egg was rich and decadent. It came with a marmalade on the side and it was really good to dip the chocolate egg in. The skillet cookie tasted like it was a brown butter cookie and it had a nice light salted taste to it.
