I have tried since Feb. 13 to get an answer on one of the lights that is broken. I thought the original girl was terrible(no longer with company)...now I can't get a return email from the "showroom manager" who assured me she would help me. Four emails to no-mans-land is enough. The man in this terrible threesome mob of really bad sales people said "Yeah something like that" with his nose firmly pointed toward the air above his head and he did a 180 turning his back to me and walking away. I had returned the same gesture and walked out with my nose in the air a little higher than his. Who won well it was not the store I could do without their lights but can they do without customers? I see no reason to act like that LOL It is a light store on a busy street in Dartmouth no luxury in that. LOL

I needed this electrical work done and the the original electrician that the contractor had booked was not able to come. This was going to hold up the work. I called Tibbett's they were able to send two of their team over the next morning. They came assessed what I needed- they had everything they needed in their truck! They even made a few suggestions to make the outcome better- things I had never thought of-- I was so happy to have their experienced eye to look at my project. Their job was into two parts- they had to arrange to come back after the contractor had done more on his end-- and when I called again to tell them we were ready- they came promptly and were in and out with out any fuss. I was so impressed. As a single woman, dealing with Trades is honestly a bit intimidating. With Tibbett's I felt really taken care of! I felt they knew exactly what to do and I saw how they took care in the details. They cared that it not only worked well, but that it also looked good too.

Gallery home furniture halifax and gallery home furniture manchester are the same company…read more Please be aware that they are a scam. i bought a sofa from them and what they delivered me is a disgrace . They knew exactly what they were doing when they delivered it. Two delivery men delivered it and one man was constantly talking to me and taking my attention away from what the other guy was doing. When they left , everything looked fine, but then i started to re arrange the cushions only to find that there was stains all over the back of the cushions and one was even ripped. They had purposely arranged the cushions in a way that i didn't notice. i have been in contact with George, the man that i dealt with in Halifax and he told me that if i wasn't happy then i should not have took delivery in the first place. Now he has blocked me. i have looked into this company and i have now found out that they do not sell brand new sofas but only sell sofas that have been returned by customers to Sofology. They are actually all second hand or damaged sofas. i am now £1499 out of pocket and i have to live with a second hand sofa. it's just not fair what gallery home furniture Halifax is doing to people. i don't want anyone else to get scammed by these people.

I wasn't in the store for 2 seconds and I was approached by a rude, older man asking if I needed help. Well, I wasn't sure if I needed help because I had just gotten there and hadn't had a chance to even look around yet. We were shopping for a mattress and box spring and possibly a head board. I was followed all the way to the mattress section of the store and then up and down the isles. I felt like I was being interrogated by the sales people working there. Yes, I'm glad to know that i could have gotten help had I needed it; however, I am quite capable of asking for help if I required it. When I did ask a question about a less expensive set, he immediately tried to turn me against it and tried to sell me a unit that was 3 times more expensive. It just wasn't in our budget and he didn't seem to care about that. I was frustrated beyond imagination! We ended up leaving without making a purchase and we found a great mattress and box spring somewhere else.

He did such as good job, we hire Omega Electrical to do all the electrical for our new semi detached duplex we built. Amazing work and super professional. We would definitely hire him again.

5* Service! Had an after hours emergency losing power to…read moreour house because a vehicle hit a power pole. These amazing professionals showed up and worked for hours in the extreme cold to repair the masts on the house so that we could get power back the minute NSP had a new pole in place. Even though the owner had plans, his birthday was spent helping us, sacrificing his dinner plans. Cannot say enough to show our appreciation for quality, and efficiency for a job well done. Highly recommend Omega Electrical.
