5* Service! Had an after hours emergency losing power to…read moreour house because a vehicle hit a power pole. These amazing professionals showed up and worked for hours in the extreme cold to repair the masts on the house so that we could get power back the minute NSP had a new pole in place. Even though the owner had plans, his birthday was spent helping us, sacrificing his dinner plans. Cannot say enough to show our appreciation for quality, and efficiency for a job well done.
