Valuable Assistance and Support Before and After Surgery…read more P'Nina Zoharah has provided wonderful support to me a number of times before and after surgery. She has introduced me to kinds of meditation and visualization that greatly reduced anxiety. During a recent health bout, during the pandemic, we worked together on zoom and created a beautiful visualization of floating on a rushing river. I used this image during some unpleasant and invasive exams, and also right before surgery when I was waiting for almost an hour, alone, in the pre-op room. It helped greatly. Also, on more than one occasion, I have called her the night before surgery without a pre-scheduled appointment, and she did a telephone session with me that really helped me regain a calm state. I enthusiastically recommend P'Nina to anyone undergoing surgery or health issues. She is intuitive and skilled. Her help has made a huge difference to me.
