When I finally got in touch, he was shockingly rude and disrespectful, and then told me the fee was $395--even though he had originally quoted me $95. This was never mentioned until the last possible moment, and it honestly felt like a bait-and-switch. If I had known the real cost from the beginning, I never would've trusted him with my information. I'm filing a complaint with the Rhode Island Board of Accountancy, because this behavior is not just unprofessional--it's unethical. Avoid at all costs.
