Luckily she found this Company which not only helped her compile the proper paperwork for the process, efficiently produced a ready-to-turn in package for her to bring to the court, and worked with her financial limits but it made the whole experience as desirable as it could be. The owner, Nora, was kind and knowledgeable.. I would venture to say that she borders being a friend with whom her clients can unburden themselves and vent to. She is surely more then just a person offering a service. She really made this difficult time more bearable to my friend, something I am eternally grateful to her for. Also, as the name indicates, it was a really a no fuss operation. We came in once to give information and pay for the divorce, then another time (whenever it was convenient for my friend and I) to sign and pick up the completed paperwork. I really appreciate the company for the service they provide, and the customer care with which they conduct themselves. In my opinion, this firm took my money and gave me absolutely nothing in return. I came to the Law Office of Borell because I was dealing with a serious situation where a loan company withdrew almost $5,000 from my bank account without my permission. I stop paying the original loan , they never gave me back the $5,000, When the matter went to court for unpaid debt , I contacted this firm and spoke with someone named Rafy. He made big promises and assured me that for $3,500 they would handle everything from start to finish. I trusted them. From the very beginning, I asked whether we should file an Answer. I was told "No, just wait to get served." I NEVER got served, they never filed anything, and the case was dismissed without any real work done. Then I received a call saying that when the case reopens, I would have to pay again, even though I had already paid thousands. Communication with them was horrible. It felt like pulling teeth just to get a call back. Weeks would go by with no updates. I have texts and emails showing how many times I reached out. The promises they made--"we might get this tossed out," "we can settle for pennies on the dollar"--never became reality because they didn't do anything to move the case forward. In my experience, this firm did nothing for the $3,500 I paid. It felt like they legally took my money while providing no real service. I honestly regret trusting them, especially because I believed they were here to help the Hispanic community. Based on what I went through, that was absolutely not the case. I strongly encourage anyone considering this firm to be extremely cautious. This is only my personal experience, but I would not want anyone else to go through what I did. One star is being too nice!!!

He spent half of the first office visit on the phone with his daughter and then made me re fill out documents I already submitted just to charge me for them. He never did anything but show up the last day of the divorce and never even got my children child support because he didn't complete the documents. Then I had to go to self help and try to complete the case on my own and called his office to complain that he never showed up to the new case. He was rude and told me I disappeared and did not take any responsibility and did not care whatsoever. I told him I was extremely dissatisfied and that he took my money and did not do his job and that I would rate him on social media and then he said that was blackmail.! After I voiced al concerns he said, "Do you feel better now? Are you finished yet?" This man is completely inefficient and unprofessional. Don't donate your money!!!
