I am a brides maid in my sister's wedding which is on June 3rd, 2017. I picked up my dress from David's Bridal on May 13th, 2017. So, I was beginning to panic since I didn't have much time to get it altered before the wedding. I called around to several different business that do alterations, left messages with all of them, and out of all the places I contacted, Ann was the ONLY ONE who returned my phone call. When I told her the date of the wedding, Ann basically said "oh boy we don't have much time then! It's okay. We can do this. We will get this done!" I felt SO relieved by her enthusiasm and positive energy, and she didn't make me feel like I was being an inconvenience by giving her such short notice. She texted me to let me know that I could drop my dress off as soon as I am able to. I took my dress to her yesterday, May 18th, 2017. I of course had to bring my 3 young kids with me, ages 3, 4, and 5. She was so good with them while I went into the fitting room to put my dress on. Actually, she was good with them the whole time we were there! She talked to them, explained to them what she was doing to my dress and why she was doing it--they loved being included! We were in and out in about 15 minutes, and she gave me an estimate of how much it will cost to do the alterations (very affordable). She was very professional and she knew exactly what changes I was needing/wanting to have done to the dress. So far, a very good experience!
