One time, I show up before it…read moreopens, and the middle aged lady (I think she's the owner) shows up 5min before opening time, apologizes that I have to wait a couple minutes while I'm still in the car, and when she opens promptly at 8, gets me taken care of and on my way with a smile. Five stars. The next time, a fat younger woman in a mask (in March 2023...) shows up at 8:10, finally gets around to opening the door before turning from me without a word and going into the back while I wait. When she comes out, I tell her I need to print a page, and she has me email it (which is exactly what they always do). "Just did," I say with a smile. Then she acts like I'm being impatient, because "the computer's not going yet, so you'll have to wait". Then she charges me $2.24 to print that one page, "because you emailed it." Well, I won't make that mistake again...next time I'll use literally any office store on the planet to make my 25 cent print, and won't have to risk a rude no-show who overcharges. Maybe the nice lady can explain that to the brat.
