So, look - I've ordered flowers from FTD before, and 99% of the time, the product that's delivered looks nothing like the photo on the website. One time, FTD even delivered some terrible flowers that literally had the price tag from Publix still stuck to the bottom of it. So I gave up on dealing with FTD. But, my anniversary rolled around and I needed some flowers delivered. I figured I'd try the local place out to see how it goes. This place delivered the best looking bouquet of flowers to my wife that I've ever ordered! The product received looked just like the product on the website, and the delivery was made when it was supposed to be made. Is it expensive? Yes. But, I don't mind that just as long as I get what I paid for. I will use this florist from now on. Excellent job! read more

I needed a florists . I didn't know where to go so I googled and found Ann's. Iwent in on a Thurs for flowers needed for the next day. Friday. My son was coming home from the Army and he wanted them for his girlfriend. I went to Ann's florist. I explained that I needed a bouquet of flowers and I wanted to spend about $60. I asked for pictures of bouquets they make and was advised they do not have photos but they can make me a pretty nice size bouquet for $60. We agreed on a carry bouquet due to the size they said it would be big. I sent my daughter in Friday at 3:30 as I waited in the car. I was still in my PJs due to cleaning and cooking for tonight when my son comes home. My daughter brought the bouquet out and I was like " oh hell no" I got out and brought it back in. It was a small bouquet. Definitely not worth $60 of white daisy's, a few pink carnations and 4 red roses. I was so pissed off that that was to be the big bouquet that I paid $60 for that I went in and asked for my money back that I wasn't taking the bouquet. The young lady apologize. The owner was annoyed. She stated well you weren't specific on what flowers you wanted. Well not white daisy's. Off all the beautiful flowers she gives me daisy's. I was told it was ok they'd make me up a nice big bouquet for $60 it'll be nice. I was extremely dissatisfied and disappointed. The girl who took my order and I guess made it apologized. The owner Ann not so much. She made it like it was my fault. I didn't tell her specific flower. The young girl there offered for me to take the flowers anyway and she would pay for them. I apologized . Told her no I told her no thank you. I do not want you to pay for them I do not want them. The Owner Ann then handed me a piece of paper. It was a receipt. I asked if that was my refund Because she didn't ask for my card to put it back on. She didn't give me cash back. She was nasty and says.. it says refund doesn't it. I just bit my tounge and left. It was 4pm. My son was coming home in 2 hours. I had things to do, shower, get dressed and now I needed to find another florist that could make me a bouquet for $60 on the spot. No I did not take a picture I was so taken back, upset and pissed I just wanted my money back. I wasn't thinking of taking a photo of the daisy's. But..... I wound up going to Peggy's silk floral designs over by Popeyes in Winder by the train tracks behind Firehouse subs. Omg. Beautiful. She showed me several flowers and we spoke about what it colors. Peggy apologized for the issues at Ann's florist and Peggy made me up a beautiful bouquet in a vase. I wanted a carry bouquet but got a vase. Mrs.Peggy was very professional. She did not bash Ann's florist. She just talked to me about what she was making and about my son coming home from the Army today. Here is Mrs Peggys bouquet. I have always ordered flowers and had good luck but that ended today. I ordered lavender flowers for my daughter's dance and they are pink. They don't match her dress at all. They did offer to give me half my money back but that doesn't help when my daughter now has no flower. And they said "if she's happy" with it what's the difference. Well guess what she isn't paying for it-I am and I'm not happy. Additionally they were very rude and acted like I was bothering them. I always try to support local small business but I will be taking my business elsewhere. read more

My wife order flowers for a funeral. They called the day of the funeral, after it was over, to say they had forgotten to make the delivery! WTF! As my wife said, if you are in the business, there are 3 occasions you don't screw up. Births, weddings and funerals. I would NOT recommend this florist, if you have to depend on them. read more

This is the worst flower shop in Barrow County . The people there are so rude , they aren't welcoming and they don't help or assist you with anything. They have the worst attitudes and they don't appreciate their clients . The prices are outrageous for the quality . I would not recommend this shop to anyone. Zero Stars ! Publix has better flowers and service . read more

I have a hard time giving this business 1 star. I went in to order loose cut flowers and asked for suggestions of white flowers. I provide more options than the counter gal could provide. Lack of caring much less concern of customer service. read more
