My son loves yellow and purple so this bouquet is extra special since those were colors. I have decorated them in my kitchen and adoring them and looking at them. I was desperate to find a florist shop open on Sundays as one of my best friends had her first baby over the weekend. I ran across Floral Masters and was able to place an order online. I realized I did not type the correct message for my card, so I called and spoke with Ash. Ash was very friendly in helping me get the message I needed on the card. We also discussed the floral arrangement and he did advise that some flowers and succulents he did not have on hand, but assured me he would substitute​ for something beautiful. Not being a native of Georgia, I told him I was from Indiana, and he said that the delivery was further than his normal trips but decided to make it work anyway! He also threw in a free baby mylar for my bouquet. Ash provided the best customer​ service I've seen a long time in the floral industry, and he even text me a photo of the flowers to make sure I approved of the substitutions before sending for delivery. Employee on the phone was rude when I asked about conformation. Acted as if I was bothering them. Still did not receive an answer on whether the delivery happened or not. Our children sent us a bouquet through Teleflora, to be delivered on December 24, 2020, for our wedding anniversary. The requested date is clearly indicated on the delivery card, accompanying the stale flowers. However, they were delivered at 7:25 PM on December 10, 2020, two weeks in advance. Brilliant service! To make things worse, the delivery person, came to our front door without a mask on. He wanted me to sign for the delivery, being less than two-foot away from me. By the way, I am a senior citizen with underlying health issues. On the 11th, I called Floral Masters. After a lot of hawing and hemming the person who claimed to be the manager admitted that the delivery date was the 24th. Then, I asked if he had anything to say. After keeping quiet for several seconds, he mumbled: "We are sorry." Again, I asked, "Do you have anything else to offer." He again mumbled, "We can send a replacement." Being upset, I turned down his insincere offer. Next, I inquired about the name of the delivery person. It was Justin, the same person who had answered my phone call and claimed to be the manager. So, I asked him why he did not wear a mask, endangering my life. He retorted that he was on dialysis and did not need to wear a mask. That is a new one for me! In no plain language, I told Justin that he and Floral Masters would be liable if I caught Covid. Justin got upset and said he was not responsible if I got ill. I reminded him that he came maskless to my property, crossing my front yard, driveway, and to the door. Agitated, he hung up. What gall! I am very unhappy with floral masters. I am out of the country and ordered flowers for my wife and daughters for Valentine's Day. Not only did I never get any correspondence about possible delivery times, I had to call and find the owners number to be sure there was not some glitch. He promised me they would be delivered and they did not get to my home until 830pm. I ordered them 2 weeks early and my girls were already in bed. Great job dad. I sadly can not recommend this florist. I understand it's the busiest day of the year but would have rather they declined my order and I would have paid 10% more for FTD. read more

Awful from the beginning to the end. We had flowers delivered as a gift and they arrived dead. Wilted. No life. We promptly called the company and they said there is no way their driver would deliver dead flowers. Pictures were sent to the company and after much conversation another arrangement would be delivered the next day. The next day comes and goes, no flowers. Called the company again and received grief, yet again, about how we, the customers, treated the flowers on arrival.
