The second time I called, I couldn't find the booking availability for the particular balloon arrangement that I wanted, she put me on hold to ask someone for help because she didn't know what was on the website and when she came back to tell me that I could get the arrangement it just wasn't available online, so she would have to take my order manually.She added a very rude and unwarranted response saying she'll take my order "since I've called up there several times" which was not true, I only called twice.
