I was very disappointed with the service from the Go Party Decoration ( at 5817 Prosperity Church Rd. Charlotte, NC 28269). I ordered balloon arrangements four days prior to my son's graduation parade. I was told the items ordered would be prepared before 10am. My son's virtual graduation started at 12pm. The balloons were not ready when I arrived. I waited for over an hour only to receive balloons with the wrong wording printed. Because of his negligence, I missed my son's graduation. I was in tears as I setup the yard and my son went through the virtual ceremony without me. I will never trust The Go Party Decoration designers with an important event again. read more
