When I cut into it, I could still see teriyaki sauce inside the meat, making it obvious that the chicken had not been replaced but simply washed to remove the sauce. The chicken was also dry and overcooked. The most alarming part was finding several thin metal strands embedded in the chicken, which looked like pieces from a metal scouring pad used for cleaning. Fortunately, I noticed them before eating. Had I swallowed them, they could have caused an injury. This is a serious food safety concern. Serving what appears to be reused food and allowing metal fragments to end up in a customer's meal is unacceptable.
