Received our antenna and couldn't wait to hook it up. We put it together and set it up in our living room, hit station scan and found 6 channels we could get with it just sitting in our living room. In our location, two stations that we truly desired, Fox and PBS can't be had with the antenna, but we don't watch PBS very often and we can get FOX via internet so we don't feel that's a huge issue. Set up was relatively easy, even for us aged 65 years old. The problem we had was that we weren't familiar with the workings of our new TV, which had been hooked only to cable since we got it two years ago. We had to figure out how to navigate within the TV, which had nothing to do with the ease of the antenna install. We are pleased to report that everything is up and running and that we are divorced from satellite TV and its monthly expense. That money can be better used elsewhere. Your customer service was prompt and the dividends you offer are generous. We have bought a HD2605 with the help of Antenna Deals. It was the best thing we did. We set it up in the house first to check it out and it was great. We live in a small town ,not close to the TV towers , we have a story and a half home and have it in an upstairs room until we put it in the attic as I am older person and a l am not comfortable on the roof. I am very confident that the 2605 will work as well in the attic as it is now in a room. We have picked up 30 channels and works better than we expected in our area. We live north east of Des Moines and all towers are in the Des Moines area and we have some trees to work around The company and product is defiantly a 5 + rating . I ordered an outdoor antenna from them recently and discovered that I would have been served by a slightly more expensive antenna. I contacted Mike who promptly modified my order before it shipped (on a Sunday no less) and upgraded me to the more expensive antenna for free. That's pretty incredible customer service. I will update this review as soon as I receive my antenna but so far I am really impressed with them. Their site also has a lot of useful information to determine the type of antenna needed. Just as with satellite TV each installation is unique and many factors such as distance from stations, height of antenna installation, surrounding trees and buildings can affect reception. read more

Diddo to all that found out too late like I did. That was the worse deal I have ever had. They will NOT answer the phone unless it is for a purchase then it is ASAP call right back. As one said go through Amazon or as I did use a credit card. I had to go through the dispute department to get my refund. The same day I started the dispute they e-mailed me for the info for my refund. Lava products are garbage what they sent never worked and when I was sent new stuff it broke with in two hours. Wow! This was so easy to install. My 18 yr. old son had it up in no time. I love being able to turn the TV on & actually watch it without having to move antenna to get each channel in. We live in the country surrounded by trees. The picture is so clear, I feel like I have a new TV. We get channels I didn't know exited. We love it. My mom was so impressed, she is going to order one. Paid them through PayPal got a receipt and never heard another word from them. Until of course I reached out to paypal and got my money back. I just received a HD 2605 Ultra antenna and installed it on my roof at my cottage. It was very easy to install within 30 min. I had everything working. The channels were all very clear and I could get 20 channles. I did not think I could get a lot as I have trees around me. The people next to me was shocked and all they said was they wanted the web site as they were going to order one in the spring. They told me they only get 8 to 10 off the reg. antenna. read more

This is the second product I have purchased this year that was worth every penny I paid for it! Took about 2 minutes to install and works great. We are using it as a back-up to our satellite input, but can see very little difference in the quality of the pictures on our local stations. We receive a total of 9 local or nearby stations. This antenna is installed on my "Safe Room", tornado shelter, and it took a very short time. Drilliing the mounting holes into the concrete took lots longer than installing this antenna. Got it delivered a day ahead of schedule!! Put it together easily, stuck a pole in our patio table and turned it on. Got 12 channels, and that was without rotating it. We live several miles from any station's tower and the picture quality is better than with fiber optic cable! Awesome!! read more
