I was referred here by my dentist after I had a root canal done. After my root canal my face became…read morevery swollen. I was told I needed to have my gums cut open to drain remaining fluid from the root canal. I got to the office and they seemed very professional and I thought everything would be fine. When I got into the room the doctor wasn't very friendly and made me feel a bit uneasy. He numbs me with topical then gives me the shot. When he cut into my gums with that scalpel I felt everything. I have always had problems with my teeth so I have had enough dental work and oral surgeries to know what its supposed to feel like. He kept cutting away and there was nothing I could do about it. When I was done I was in the most agonizing pain I have ever experienced in my life. I was told when he cut into my gums no fluid even came so I went through all that for absolutely nothing. I had to come back a week later for them to check the wound and I heard this adult woman screaming in pain. These doctors do not care about your comfort. This isn't how it should be. Please, if you need work dons go somewhere else.

My husband's insurance covered 20 chiropractic appointments per year and he was told when those appointments were finished. So, he waited to make a new one. At no point was any piece of mail or phone call received from these people. Ater waiting and procrastinating, my husband called to make an appointment in Berea for himself and my daughter (McKee is shut down). It's a 30 minute drive and they arrived to a very nasty woman telling them they owed for a year's worth of service and would not be receiving treatment unless they paid $300. My husband should not have had a balance and my daughter had never been told about a copay. The fact that none of this could have been discussed via mail or phone in the year prior is ridiculous. We have no problem paying for service, but were never told what was owed. To be treated so poorly for their mistake was infuriating. We will not be back and i would not recommend these people to anyone while that awful woman, Michelle, is in that office.
