After fighting for 6 months I switched to Dallas family medicine. I was able to be seen within about a week of calling. I got my medications back and then some others to try out. Brittany was able to get my referrals done, and then even another one she thought would be helpful for me. Everyone in the office was super nice and made me feel completely comfortable. Great non judgmental experience. I do wish I didn't have to wait on hold so long to make an appointment but if that's my only complaint I think we all can handle it, especially in comparison to the others around here.

Mind you, I filled out each and every intake survey they requested, signed medical release documents a week before coming to this appointment, and took the soonest appointment they had available to me. The highlight was when Beni Mfitidi said she wouldn't treat me when my medical documents transfer to this practice anyways, because she has a "3 month policy" of being an established patient with her before receiving medical care.
