They had every opportunity to offer a cancellation or suggest rescheduling if there was truly an issue -- but they didn't. Instead, they confirmed I could still come in, only to later shame me for doing exactly what they agreed to. but the person on the phone reassured me: "No problem, you can come at 5:00." I appreciated the flexibility -- until I actually showed up. I arrived at 5:05 and was taken in by a staff member named Sarina. From the very start, her attitude felt passive-aggressive. She smiled in an exaggerated, fake way while telling me I was "40 minutes late," completely disregarding the fact that the new time had already been agreed upon. When I asked, "If it was such an issue, why didn't you just cancel the appointment?" -- she just kept smiling and repeated that they "did me a favor" by seeing me at all. That kind of behavior isn't just unprofessional -- it's emotionally manipulative. I never received the service I came for -- no massage, just a few rushed minutes of something like physical therapy, and then I was out. I left the clinic feeling awful -- humiliated, confused, and emotionally pressured. I came in expecting care and respect, and walked away with neither.

Each massage was excellent, and Echo remembered where my ancient post-surgery problem areas were, paying special attention to those parts. Echo is strong and energetic, but calm. They knew anatomy well, also finding areas where I did not realize that I had muscle stress, and gave me pointers on new stretches and how to prevent future issues. I have been receiving professional massages regularly for 15 years and I am glad that I gave Wellness on Wheels, and Echo, a try.
