Well, she assigned me to Lloyd's of London. I had a huge water/sewage flood and she did not return my calls at all. I left several messages, sent several emails... all thru the damage and repairs (months). After a couple months I finally got an email from her that said: her "gut tells me it's covered". The adjustor suggested I'd hire Proserve to clean up. They cost thousands. I kept reaching out to my agent to see if it was covered, no calls no reply, NOTHING. After I covered all the repairs, remediations, thousands of thousands of dollars - I received a letter from the Insurance company that nothing was covered. I then called the agency and advised them to cancel all my policies. Homeowners was cancelled, my umbrella policy was cancelled - she failed to cancel my auto. Now, it is on my credit report and brought my score down. In addition, all you have to do is google Lloyds of London - it states all over the Internet they don't cover water or sewage damages and there are complaints about them being a horrible insurance company. Thank you, Erica - I have never had such an uncaring, unresponsive, unprofessional insurance agent. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!
