Simple. Just the Worst experiences I've ever had…read more It takes forever to get a reply once you email them with a question. They say State Farm takes 3 to 4 weeks to change an auto policy. I submitted my request on July 3, but on July 28, there's been no sign that the policy was changed--nothing on the State Farm website or App, no confirmation emails, and no communication from the agent. Apparently, only they can "see it on their system." There's been no progress. I've never dealt with an insurance company that takes this long to make a simple policy change. Honestly, it feels like they're just trying to hold onto the policy as long as possible to keep earning their commission. They're quick to charge your card in seconds, but when it comes to refunds or providing a timeline, there's zero information--again, only visible "on their screen." They keep saying, "This is how State Farm works," but I've had State Farm in Texas and never experienced anything like this. I've given up trying to deal with them. Good luck to anyone still trying! I might be just asshole.
