The office staff is incredibly unprofessional. The assistants don't tell you who they are, if you call there, it's hard to get anyone on the phone. I called for results several times and I have to wait for them to be there from lunch or in the office, as they leave early. I paid cash for my appointment and waited on blood results. They called and left messages on my phone leaving no indication of the blood results. On the day I could reach them, I was put on hold for 20 minutes before someone would help me... and the nurse? or assistant? Lori... did not want to tell me my results, it was like pulling teeth. I had to ask questions and she hesitantly answered them. For example, I asked if my vitamin D levels were on track now. Lori told me my numbers were a little lower than what they should be and she said the Dr. said I should take a vitamin D supplement over the counter. Meanwhile... she was ready to end the call with, "your results are ready upfront at the desk". Then Lori said.. "oh why were you taking something for it"? I said, "yes, Dr. Darrow gave me a vitamin D script" that ran out. Also, when you initially go into the office, the girls behind the desk don't even acknowledge that you are there unless you say something to them. I am going to find a place that cares for and values their patients. This place, to me, is unacceptable... even if the Dr. is good. Just my opinion.

She asked personal questions that we had discussed on the last visit. I know she knew who I was. In a busy practice and being new, I was impressed. The only reason she got 4 stars is you will wait FORVER. Be prepared. For me it is worth it. I waited 2 hours to see her but she spent a good hour with me. She never makes you feel rushed. If you can sit there and not get frustrated waiting, she is well worth the wait. Don't be shy. she will look over every inch of your naked body and prod and poke but you will know you are in great hands and if she says you are OK and healthy, you are.

My newer GP has been incredible about following up with blood test results and referring me to specialists including a hematologist and oncologist. While Dr. Anand and her staff confirmed that I was experiencing severe anxiety, depression and insomnia, she insisted dropping my majors/minors and "working less hard". I asked her to speak to to my therapist so her opinion of my condition was more well rounded and she outright refused to prescribe an SSRI. She also claimed that she was uninformed about a condition I have despite it being very common and further claimed she didn't know the effects of adding a new medication to the ones I was already taking. This doctor is horrendous and I'm so glad that I've found providers who are actually invested in my well being. Dr. Anand could not have chased me out of her office quick enough.

Rushed to ER for 2 year old falling and landing on head. Nobody exams pupils, nobody checked…read moreairway. My daughter threw up after falling on head, twice. Then at front desk of ER, threw up again. No doctor examined, just gave her half a zofran for nausea. 40 minutes to get a head ct. now it's an hour. I ask About results as I saw this as an emergency before they suppressed the nausea. "oo it's down time" that's the response I got as if I know what it means. After I inquired what it means, I was told the system is down, 3 hours. "This is normal" I inquired this is head trauma, does she have a brain bleed and we're waiting 3 hours for results? "On no they replied, we'd know that almost immediately, they'd call down" of so my daughter is fine? From what we know they reply. they continue, "we are just waiting on the paper work. Wtf mind of system is this? Is this not negligent, nobody checked her eyes, airway, reflexes, NOTHING. I am sure this will cost a billion dollars. I feel as tho they want me to walk out but what kind of parent would I be to not wait for a dumb paper to be "official" Horrible bed side manor too.

I was sitting in the bed shaking when the anesthesiologist grabbed me and shoved the medication into my arm. I asked before he even made contact with the IV to stop, he proceeded to wrestle with me while I tried to get him away and ended up ripping the IV out. There child support team is terrible, she is unwilling and annoying to hear. Then when I calmed down they Put the iv back in me and agrred to do everything step by step. This fat girl then proceed to lie and they just shoved the medication into with no warning. I woke up furious as I felt treated as if my feelings weren't valid, and they couldn't care less to help me feel more comfortable. Never come here if you want a safe and supportive team. They are terrible
