This is a family run business and they treat it as such they do not overbook. I never have to wait for extended periods of time and the experience is never rushed. They listen closely to exactly what you want and I get dip powder and it lasts for three weeks with zero issues. It is a no-frills salon, but you get exactly what you ask for. The last two appointments I let Layla know that I do not want my hair short, I am growing it out. She cut it too short anyway and left my hair looking like a poofy messy bob. Also, the last glaze she put into my hair came out too dark. Each appointment Layla was busy and hurrying to fit in other clients during my appointment time and also during my last appointment had other distractions as well. I don't feel she paid attention or took into consideration what I had said. I was really disappointed in the lack of focus, clients should be treated better.
