He was also very flexible and accommodating with the date. The original date we chosen had to get shifted a little bit because the weather was uncooperative for an outdoor photo shoot. He was also very flexible on the location and agreed to come all the way down from Fort Lauderdale to South Pointe Park in South Beach! I really appreciated this, because I don't think there was a more perfect place for this photo shoot. The photoshoot itself was fun and laid back. Alex had asked for pictures and ideas of things I wanted proactively so he had an idea of different poses and shots we could do. He made us comfortable and helped us get the poses right, and we tried a bunch of different locations and angles. He was very receptive to what we wanted, and showed us the photos immediately after they were taken to see what we thought. He didn't rush us and was very thorough, ensuring we were satisfied with the photos and had plenty of options to choose from! The turn around time after the shoot was very quick. He got me the fully edited photos in a couple days and the video took just a week. The editing on the photos was very nice and subtle, and the video turned out perfect. I cold've booked another photographer but didn't since I thought that SwiftPix was going to do the job. The end result? I wasn't able to schedule a new photographer while down there and ended up with no photos. I told her that she could pick everything she wanted for the wedding, except for the photographer and for the music we would be playing. I started scrambling looking for photographers with only 2 or 3 weeks notification. I must have seen over 40+ portfolios, and although to some, that may not seem like a whole lot, I was at work and I was scrutinizing every single aspect of what I saw. I saw Brett's pretty early in the process and I was impressed with his work so I sent him a message and kept searching. A couple of hours went by, and out of nowhere I receive a phone call. Now I usually don't answer phone calls from numbers I do not recognize, but I said hey it might be wedding related. To my surprise it was Brett himself. Brett decided to give me a call because he noticed how close my wedding was and wanted to chat to save time for me. This initial phone call was one of the deciding factors in going with Brett. We probably spoke for about 20 min before I had to abruptly cut the conversation, because a patient walked into my clinic (I am a nurse at a private wellness clinic). To be honest, I loved Brett's work from the moment I saw his portfolio, but I didn't immediately make the decision. Brett was so amazingly patient with me replying back to him (I take forever to reply while at work sometimes) and was very nice, courteous, respectful and professional the whole time. We decided to go with Brett and we could not have made a better decision. At the wedding he was amazing, I barely knew he was there during the ceremony taking some of the pictures he took. He coached us through every shot he took. He was patient with all of our friends and relatives wanting to take pictures. He arrives early and leaves a little later if you need him to. Brett is the right man for the job! To make a long post short, Brett's work to put it simply, is IMPECCABLE! You will not regret booking Brett! We are planning on getting married in a big church in the next couple of years and do a big wedding with all our family and friends and coworkers. Booking: Nice easy, sign up system. Appointment scheduled same week, and photos turned over the next day. The photographer steven was very friendly, and communicated well in advance of appointment. Actual appointment and photos: I was a little concerned as the actual visit where photos were taken was a relatively short one (one hour for 24 photos). However, despite the brevity, the photos came out very well, and their CS was attentive to my needs..The photos came fast too, the morning following the appointment. Also was slightly surprised by the small watermark on the bottom left of the photos; however, it's extremely small, and not really visible...their dashboard system for follow up communications, and management of photos is cool, and makes it easy to book a subsequent appointment. Overall great experience, solid value, and would repeat.

They are no longer customer service oriented. Their customer service agents are nasty and unwilling to accept any responsibility for issues. The edits were subpar compared to what I am used to. Issues beyond my control which effected the photos were blamed on me. Based on this one experience, I will never use them again and can't in good faith recommend anyone else use them as well.
