After calling almost a week later, I learned this information. At my appointment, the hair dresser was a nice, welcoming and understood the haircut style but it turned out to be shorter than just a trim which is what I asked for. But it's okay, hair grows back and my son's hair needed a cut -- no big deal. I like that kids are entertained with TV/cartoons playing at each chair.
