Dr Singh told my sons father he was being sent to a completely different hospital 45 minutes away from the hospital he was routed to. When my sons father called and spoke to Dr Singh she said "I assure you he will be going to southside"When I called Dr Singh she could care less and was more concerned what hospital he was taken to, but should clearly have known yet she said she was standing right next to Dr papaleo and staff when Dr papaleo sent him to southside" when I asked this incompetent fool who then sent him to Manhasset she couldn't tell me anything, tried talking over me and chuckled under her breath and when I mentioned I would be writing reviews on her and her staff she then said im sorry im sorry and im hanging up now. How dare you be the on call Dr and when asked what hospital for a life threatened heart surgery, not place a parent on hold to check. Who made the decision to send him to Manhasset then? Wow what can I say! I have severe Claustrophobia and I needed a clearance for a medical procedure…read morethat I am having. I had to have a full series of Echocardiogram and Nuclear stress. The front staff is so amazing at Port Jeff Location, Ashley assured me I would get through the Nuclear test and the cat scan machine. They let me try it before having the radiation injection, and I freaked out from my claustrophobia. Frank and Rocco were very companionate about my problem and we sat and talked about getting me through the anxiety. I had no choice to get medical clearance for my surgery and they both helped me calm down and talked to me every step of the way. Today I accomplished one of my biggest fears with the help of the entire staff and I am very grateful to all of them. I thank all of you that work there, this was a very big step since I have not been able to do an MRI, Cat Scan, and get on an airplane since I was at 911.
