They had the trimmer but not the battery and swore I did not bring it in. They denied that I started the trimmer when I brought it in so that they could hear the noise it made, this is another lie. There would be no reason for me to leave the trimmer for repairs without the battery and no reason for me come to pick it up if I hadn't left it with them.
