They have some cool stuff but it is utter nonsense that stuff they claim is antique is actually antique. One guy tried to convince me that a brand new pair of glasses was from the 50s. They were CE marked, which was introduced in 1985. Anyway, since they claim that everything they sell is old youare not allowed to return anything. Be aware! Personally I will never shop there again. Tothe person who thinks they are only nice to Swedes. Nope! They are pretty much a-holes to whoever if the situation doesn't benefit them.

Now for the bad news for folks who want to buy something while on vacation and have it shipped to their hometown. They aren't the best at packaging and shipping their goods. I purchased an antique marine chronometer and had it shipped to the USA. It came completely destroyed. Instead of taking the product back and/or refunding the full amount I had to jump through a bunch of hoops (trips to the post office, claims forms, pictures, videos, emails, letters, etc...) and I only received about half of what I paid for the marine chronometer. I realize things get damaged in shipping, especially when not padded and protected adequately. These things happen. That is when a reputable shop should do the right thing and fully refund their customer.

The selection is definitely better, but wait, there's also a downstairs! That's where I really cleaned up. Though I didn't have as much time to dig as I wanted, I found a bunch of great uk indie stuff (josef k, girls at our best, marine girls, etc.) all in what I think was a new arrivals crate, but I'm not sure. Either way, this place had an overall amazing selection of vinyl and was only surpassed, in my opinion, by nostalgia palace.

Fantastic record store for used and new indie, punk, metal, and classic rock, as well as other…read moregenres such as soul, country, etc. The prices are reasonable and the record all seem to be G and above (and priced accordingly). As another reviewer noted, there is an upstairs -- where they also sell antiques and the like -- and a much larger downstairs. The records are organized by new arrivals (again, used and new) of mixed genre and then by rock, punk, metal, etc. The only downside is that there are so many records flipping thru the stacks involves removing some, flipping, putting back, repeat. Also tons of 45s. Save hours for this one -- definitely the best of the eight vinyl shops I've visited to date (or at least it's the one that I spent the most in; see: kid in a candy store). Nice owners, too!
