Absolutely amazing top-notch service and so unexpected! I live in California, not familiar with any florist in the Henderson area. My daughter recently moved and she lives near her in-laws. It was her mother-in-law's birthday today and I asked my daughter what florist would be near her so because this one was open till 7 pm and it was after 5 I needed to get the flowers ordered I picked this one and boy was I lucky I picked right the owner Debbie answered. I'm pretty sure this is a family owned business. She was so friendly and helpful and when I called, I was unprepared and was trying to find the address I wanted it sent to. She was so patient And so helpful. Gave me some suggestions I decided on a beautiful lavender waterfall orchid Very responsive text me the next day this beautiful orchid see picture that she was actually going to send no florist has ever done that. I actually got to see what I had pu. It was so much more beautiful than I even thought it was a windy day So she wanted to make sure the recipient was Home before it was delivered. Call her in the morning and when she didn't hear back had reached out to me to let me know she was waiting for the call. Finally got notified after 5 o'clock that someone was home so I reached out to tell her and even though it was after 5 they still delivered the flowers heard great feedback about the delivery that the delivery person was so sweet and when they offered to tip him he said he was already taken care of on the other side super honest! The whole experience was amazing from my end of it to the recipient delivery And the most beautiful orchid anyone has ever seen! What a fantastic service! I wasn't necessarily in a bind, but I wanted to pick up flowers for a dinner party I was going to after work and I wanted them to be a little bit nicer than what you would get at a grocery store but I didn't have the time because I didn't think ahead. Antique Rose Florist is right down the street from my work and I called up and asked them if they were able to do a rush order for a certain price point and they said "absolutely" and had my order ready in the next 20 minutes which I was floored with. I was fully expecting them to say they couldn't fulfill my order but they very much were able to and it came out beautifully. I can only imagine what they can do with a higher price point and a longer time to work on it. Antique Rose was my first florist. Came here on a recommendation and used to work with a member of the family so I never bothered shopping around. Now that I am grown and have ordered many arrangements from many different florists, I absolutely do not recommend this shop. Personalized arrangements are abhorrently overpriced. Back in the day, I paid $100 for a corsage with a single white rose and a cheap bracelet. I thought that's just how expensive flowers were, but then a year later I dropped in at another independent florist across town and got the same kit and kaboodle for about $25! I'm writing this review--and discouraging everyone I know from coming back here--because my mom recently came here to get a flower arrangement made for a funeral. The old man (her words not mine) at the counter did not greet her when she came in (it is a very small shop), was not helpful with her request for a personalized arrangement (my mom does not shop for flowers often) and then was rude when she asked after the price of the premade arrangements around the shop. TL;DR: Overpriced, skimpy arrangements, and quite an impersonal operation for a family-owned shop. read more

Even though I do not want these flowers they are gorgeous. Debbie was very kind and honest over the phone. She accepted my wishes that if the man who ordered them came back she would refuse his services. I didn't ask how much they were but I can see the care they took in making the arrangement. They were delivered by 3rd party across town so she can't take them back since they are a day old. My only issue is I wish they didn't have a man in a dog house card because flowers should be for a positive occasion not to make up for being a monster. I have to say the bride above is absolutely stunning holding that bouquet! I thought at first it was your granddaughter showing off ur work, and the price... You have to be kidding me!! Here is my very long overdue review- First, please do not waste your money on 1-800-????. I have sent flowers from these online florist in the past and they are so expensive and if you're lucky to even get what you ordered, they are the worst flowers ever!! A complete embarrassment!! My best advice I can give you is to just get on the phone and call a local florist in their area and read the "YELP" reviews. When a death in my family sadly happened, I did just that, called surrounding florist in the area that my family lives in, and I found this GEM! They were so helpful, and they genuinely care!! Someone voted for this review again and reminded me that I never posted one of my bridals after I got them back from my photographer! Here is proof that the bouquet had fallen apart in the middle of the event. I remember my photographer and I trying to piece it back together but neither of us are florists. Again the bouquet was NEVER dropped and was handled very carefully. This bouquet is simply sad regardless of the price. The owner's response was both condescending and unprofessional. My family never asked for our money back we just wanted her to be understanding but instead she decided to shift blame as opposed to taking responsibility. Very sad. read more
