There were mistakes on my renting file and after I complained, there were no proper respond. Since they have already had their commission no help or advice was given to fix the issues that I have had with my tenant at the court. In my opinion, Ms. Amy Assad might be an experienced agent herself, but the problem is that she gives the cases to her agents with low experience and professions. Truly, I am absolutely unhappy and dissatisfy for so many reasons in regard on selling and then renting of my properties by the Amy's team.

I have to say, that the entire situation/transaction has been nothing but stress and disappointment to no end. I would like to explain that when Catalina sent us the documents to sign, she attached a note saying that the documents were for the change to August 4. She only clarified last Monday (20 days after signing) that the buyers had never signed the document agreeing for the date. With regards to communication, Amy and Catalina was absolutely not clear during the negotiation process (we were never advised that there was a deadline and again we were never told that the date change had not been signed - as a matter of fact we didn't hear from Catalina again until we called her regarding the documents that we were getting ready to send to the notary) We feel that we were misled and the actions of the agents involved was completely unprofessional and unethical. If we had known that August 4 was not agreed on - we would not have signed the documents and would have moved jon from negotiations. We feel that the actionsj were completely unethical and to that, we nhave endured much stress financially and emotionally.
