My neighbor used Antoine's a few weeks earlier and recommended them to me. They can be a little difficult to get scheduled as they are pretty backlogged and communication isn't always perfect. But once the service was scheduled, Gaby came out he did a great job. He took the time to explain everything, showing me how everything worked, and how it was supposed to work. We identified the faulty heads (there were 3) and a control module that needed replacing, adjusted several heads and got it all working the way it should. He showed me how to adjust the sprinklers myself as well so I can tweak the patterns if needed. I'm more of a hands on person so this was ideal for my needs. They were good until they weren't. I've had Antoine's do work for me twice. On the last service my sprinkler heads were re-adjusted resulting in an over water in one area, one area getting no water and a "supposed" new head that doesn't always retract. Despite calls and texts to both "Antoine" and Gabriel they are unresponsive in resolving the issue. I can no longer recommend this company read more

Last year, we had a bunch of plants and shrubs replaced in our backyard and the person who did it chopped up our drip lines pretty badly. We called on Antoine's Sprinkler Repair to replace them. Gabriel and Oliver arrived within the appointment's time window, listened carefully to what we wanted done, got right to work and never stopped until the job was complete an hour and a half later. They tore out all the old lines, which had become buried under layers of mulch over the years and completely replaced them, giving us options and suggestions along the way. They were extremely professional and Gabriel was very knowledgeable and clear in his explanations of what they were doing and why it was the best way for it to be done. We could not have asked for better workmanship. The price was fair and the quality of the work, as I've tried to emphasize in this review, was top-notch. If I could give these people more than five stars, I'd do it; they were that good. The next time we have sprinkler work to be done, you can rest assured that we'll be calling on Antoine's again. read more

Used his service in order to troubleshoot an issue with our sprinkler system. He had been there the previous month to fix a pipe that needed repair approx $300. From the initial service there appeared to be air in the pipe, you could hear it when the sprinklers ran. Then the controls began malfunctioning, zones would not run and finally the system quit all together. I called back and he was able to come back out the following week. He tested and determined we needed a new pump, and left an estimate of $2300. And a bill for another $400 for the diagnosis. I decided to call around, I could get the pump for $1200, if in fact that was the issue. Then I called and got a second opinion. This new company fixed the original broken pipe that was still leaking from the original service call causing the air in the lines, $300. The PUMP was not bad! Antoine's offered me a refund, but then never provided and was nasty to me when I let him know his diagnosis was wrong. Buyer beware this is not a reputable company any longer. read more
