Long pick up times. Staff is amazing but I waited 45 minutes in store for my order after already getting there 20 minutes after placing my order. They seemed understaffed and did not seem to prioritize the online requests in the order they came in. Drinks were great, but I don't come here nearly as much as before due to long waiting times. It's hard for me to only give 2 stars because the drinks are always fresh. If the wait times were long because of that reason then fine, but it's really due to poor management. Really sweet, which some might like. Not so good: Breakfast burrito - I had somewhat higher expectations from a Mexican restaurant but this breakfast burrito was a little sad. The potatoes were really soft and not crispy at all, and the meat is cut up breakfast sausage patties(it doesn't say on the menu). The whole thing was swimming in a pool of grease. This item in particular seems like an afterthought. Would not recommend. The staff is really friendly and the inside is super comfortable and actually really invitingly decorated with fruit. The açaí I ordered, which was a matcha bowl wasn't ready when I got there they gave me another order had to return it and then they told me they didn't have the matcha açaí in stock at the moment even though it's on the website so I settled for the regular açaí bowl. They made it and it was amazing! And good price to, very loaded with toppings. Made me want to try other açaí bowls. Only complain I have is they need to update their food menu when ordering online. I come here EVERYDAY and I decided to bring my special needs people with me. they allowed my person with cerebral palsy to wait over 45 minutes AFTER taking a minority of our orders served other people in line and then proceeded to have an attitude when the issue was addressed. They did end up giving a free agave drink but the energy was basically get the fuck out my store. I understand lunch rush and I've never left a review anywhere before. But to leave customers standing for 40 minutes in line without explaining anything has my blood boiling. We got here at 10:00am and now leaving at 10:58. All we ordered was 5 agave drinks and a burrito. They should have taken ALL of our orders then proceeded to service other people. Sad because I was hoping my students would feel the family atmosphere but they ended up angry.
