I've been seeing Dr. Masood for my concerns and he's taking very good care of me. Dr. Masood is very caring and has very good bedside manner. Dr. Masood also explained to me what was going on and how treatment would work. Yes sometimes the practice itself is very busy but that's every medical practice nowadays. Regardless I plan to continue coming back for my normal checkups and would highly recommend it to others as well with similar problem breathing problems such as mine.

I was told that I had sleep apnea and needed to do another sleep study in office, to be calibrated for a CPAP. I called to schedule this follow up appointment, in February (one month later) and they are telling me that they are no longer in-network with my insurance provider. I verify on my insurance providers website and with a representative from my insurance company that they are indeed still in-network and there have been no changes. I have spent multiple hours on the phone trying to get scheduled and I have been placed on hold, transferred, and hung-up on.

Prior to my switch, I wasted 25 yrs with 2 different ENTs in Orlando doing nothing but, keeping me on antibiotics and ignoring the culprit of my chronic ear infections! I have asked this office (and Dr. Powell) for a referral to see a specialist many times but, nothing EVER happened. On my own, I found Dr. Antonelli and after one office visit he knew what the problem was and how to fix it. Within a few months in Sept 2015 at Shands Hospital, Dr. Antonelli performed these procedures on my right ear. 1. Modified Radical Mastoldectomy 2. Tympanoplasty 3.
