The doctors and nursing staff are competent and caring. The supporting medical staff as well. I dont feel like we wait hours to be seen. Very happy with this ER so close to home. I had injured my foot a couple weeks ago and was looking for a doctor who specializes in foot and ankle who could help me read my MRI results and tell me what to do next. We called here on a Wednesday and got an appointment at this location for Friday. Though it is far from my home, I am so so glad that we went ! The place is clean and tidy, the workers and the staff were very nice to me . We were seen on time and they took me back to do x rays and then the doctor saw me , all within a half an hour. Their technology for x rays is top notch and the doctor gave things to me straight and was very honest with me about everything. At the end , an ankle brace was suggested, they said theirs cost about 108 dollars but that I could find a cheaper one on Amazon and they even printed me out the Amazon listing! They cares about me enough to not charge me their over priced one and that showed that they valued my care and time for this appt. It was one of those places that you just feel comfortable at and you feel like you're in good hands! I would recommend the orthopedic center to anyone

After a long research I choose Lake Nona ophthalmology, and I booked consultation with DR Patel , upon my arrival I was greeted with a pleasant and courteous staff , the office was bright, nice ,and clean. I first came in contact with Beatrice the clinical manger who is extremely kind and very welcoming. She made me feel at ease as if I know her my whole life and she did all the scanning . Then I met with Dr Patel who recommended the refractive surgery instead of EVO ICL which is why I booked the consultation in the first place. Dr. Shamoun's staff were available for phone calls and very helpful. The surgery center was new and clean. My nurses Grace, Barbi, Shanell, and Desinee were all very kind and caring. Dr. Shamoun was great. My follow up appointment with Dr. Shamoun will be back at his office in the Gastroenterology of Greater Orlando. My consultation/evaluation with Doctor Placer was pleasant and informative. He payed deliberate attention to my concerns and asked pertinent questions. Using a diagram he explained the cause of my pain and suggested a course of treatment to address the pain. The medical assistant taking my vitals was sweet and very personable, definitely made me feel at ease (I am definitely a chicken). Room seemed clean and hygienic. It was a little stuffy/hot but that could've been my fever (who knows). Dr. Kerkes was able to diagnose quickly to have me feeling better in no time.
