Dr. P is an amazing doctor because of his knowledge, kindness, great sense of humor, and the best bedside manner around. I feel so lucky to have him as my cardiologist. I also wanted to give kudos to Enrique in the front office. He is always personable, efficient, and helpful with scheduling your next appointments. He also is good about answering questions and is patient with the patients. It's always nice to see him. I will be back in December for follow up.

(dr Gregory Mic MD & Dr Stephen ungler). They both got five stars for their highest presence and open widely door for any health insurances.... of course, I will always come see any of them whenever I needed for once in a year by follow up check... ;)

5 starts for my doctor 5 starts for my nurses…read more 1 star foe the front desk. No answer on the phones for weeks at a time. I came in with the phone ringing in my hands and walked up to the front desk asking why no one was answering... her response was they're short staffed. This is an issue especially for people with heart conditions. Please someone do something about the front desk. Phones are just ringing with no answer.

I went for the first time a few weeks ago. I arrived 10 minutes early to get the 'paperwork' done…read moreso I wouldn't have to wait long. Well, I ended up waiting 1.5 hours for them to call me in. They ended up taking some blood, and gave me a card to return on a certain date for results (didn't ask me what date and time was good for me). I showed up at the time scheduled, and the receptionist stated there were 4 people ahead of me. Based on the pace of my previous visit, I knew it was going to be another 1.5 hours, so I kindly put the sign in clipboard down and I said 'no thanks' and left. They can not schedule appts. properly, so if you value your time, this is not the place to go. The doctor is friendly, but I just don't have that kind of time to wait. I won't be going back. I'll find a doctor that values my time.

Really disappointed coming here. While Ralph seemed to have all the accolades, I had Alan Nadar in…read morehis absence with the Miami Center for Advanced Cardiology. Not only was the diagnosis prepped with unnecessary tests when paperwork that was current was provided but the front desk is completely misaligned here as well. I've called numerous times at first to request paperwork sent to me after an unpleasant experience and they stated they'd send it and then never did. They then stated to come in person to pick up paper work and scheduled me a time to pick up, I did so, and the front desk had NO idea why I was there and said they'd have to wait for doctor approval. This was about 10 days later. Told me to wait an additional week and to call to follow up as it would be mailed. A week later passes by, by now just to obtain my paperwork its in excess of 30 days. a HIPPA violation i believe to withhold paperwork from a patient. Later i get a call from the doctor asking me why i want to discontinue treatment, which at that point was uncomfortable, and completely misaligned with my health concerns. He stated he'd mail the paper work and another week went by. nothing in the mailbox. I then had to call yet again to get paperwork mailed and drop the "hippa compliance" buzz word and finally paperwork was received the next day. Even after i stated to discontinue service i was still called about future appointments here. Overall, no one works together here. No one has any idea what's going on. Information is not shared, and people are aggressive on the phone with you when it concerns records. I quickly ran away here, it was not at all professional nor did i feel my health was a concern as a new patient. It felt like a typical scary place to me that wants to overload your insurance with checkups, followups and tests not needed. Parking also is not covered, and sadly this place just didn't have it together.

Another chaotic visit to this office, after driving 17 miles to get there and being on time. I…read moreended up just being left in the waiting room. The doctor had called me the night before due to a problem IO was having, and told me to come to the office the next morning at 9:30. I arrived on time and sat there until 10:30, watching people come in and go out. When I finally went to the window to ask MICHELLE what was going on, she just said the doctor wouldn't be in until 10:45. I told her Dr. Acosta had called me and told me to come in at 9:30. She said "he's not in today". She walked away not giving me any explanation or trying to rectify or reschedule the visit. She is a very uncaring, uncompassionate and disorganized clerk. I turned around and left. I have never heard from either doctor of anyone from that office since. This isn't the first time I have had scheduling problems with the front desk. It's about the third. I reported the matter to the office manager and all she did was make excuses and II have never heard from anyone since. I really like the doctor but the front desk staff, especially MICHELLE, leaves a lot to be desired for someone who deals with patients on a daily basis.
