Came back a second time and because I was not there, they told my son that he had to get a full treatment again and recommended weeks of treatment instead of adjustments . I have already recommended him to my nail technician who has a similar problem to mine. There is parking in front of his building with valet service. He is on the second floor. Just turn left as you exit the elevator. You will receive a ticket from the valet and at the end of your appointment you can get it validated at the check-in desk for free parking. Dr. Mazure has been able to write the various letters required for work. The front office has been able to work with federal workers comp, Veterans Administration, and private insurance. CONS Front office did not cancel appointment when Dr. Mazure was sick and went ahead with electro-therapy and ultrasound without the adjustment. I took off work without pay and didn't get my adjustment. I didn't feel they were honest on this treatment. Appointments seem pointless. They take patients on first come basis regardless of appointment. Not all electro-therapy machines have eight leads, which are required to prep for adjustments in two areas. They do not always warm the ultrasound jelly. Record keeping is disjointed - by case not patient. Parking is problematic.
