The staff are extremely helpful and friendly and there is usually a welcoming atmosphere. They offer shoe repairs that are always a good standard and reasonably priced as well as key cutting and engraving either on the small range of gifts they sell themselves or on anything you take in yourself (within reason). The shop is well situated on the main shopping street in town and the service is always quick and efficient. I also like the range of coloured keys you can choose from which are quite funky as well as useful for distinguishing between your keys.
