Although they arrived about five minutes after our baby was born, I truly believe it was meant to be for my husband and I to be alone during the delivery of our 3rd baby. They immediately stepped in to complete all the postpartum care, made sure both baby and I were healthy, gave the vitamin K, weighed and examined the baby, helped clean everything up, and even got me showered and comfortably into bed. I continued my pregnancy and did the follow up tests to confirm my son was in fact perfectly healthy. Today he is a strong healthy 10 year old. So, I was already extremely apprehensive when I was told that this was the only location that could do the scan for my third pregnancy. NT scans should be done between 11-14 weeks and even though my referral was processed at 8 weeks, they scheduled me for when I will be 15 weeks. I let them schedule thinking I would see how I feel when the time came and if I trust them or felt the need to do the test, then I would keep the appointment. Today I get three voicemails from 909-865-9705 reminding me of my appointment next week and asking me to confirm/cancel. I call 909-865-9705 back on my lunch break and the rude person on the phone let me know there apparently is no appointment scheduled and no record of me since 2015. Yet I have three voicemails telling me the date and time that was given when I spoke to someone from the office a month ago to schedule. And I have a letter I received in the mail that my referral was approved yet that isn't in their system either. Luckily, I didn't have my heart set on doing the scan anyways because of my previous experience, but they once again managed to prove how incompetent and rude they are.

She was super knowledgeable about several baby carriers including the boba wrap that I had. I was gifted the wrap but never utilized it because found it not user friendly. Afterwards I was told I was due for blood work. They said it would have to be a different day since I had to come in fasted. Mind you they told me I could do either a walk-in or an appointment. I said I would look at my schedule and try to make an appointment. A few weeks go by and I get a call to do a follow up appointment with my primary care DNP. Since I had other healthcare related concerns I booked my appointment and also asked if at the same time I could book my appointment for my blood panel. The person said I don't need to make an appointment for the blood work. They said on day of my appointment I would just need to let the nurse or front desk know and they would do it for me as a walk-in(just come in fasted). The day of my appointment arrives and I did as I was told. The receptionist said that they couldn't do walk-ins for blood work because they where all booked (I had came in fasted) and I told them what I was told when they made the appointment. They said sorry and I was shocked and confused because I wanted to book it as an appointment but they didn't let me, and now I couldn't even do my blood work for something that wasn't my fault. It was their fault and they weren't even trying to help me. Disappointed, I continued my appointment and waited to be called and told the front desk I would call to schedule for the blood work. But this time, they shouldn't be giving the wrong information to the patients. When I'm in the patient room waiting to see my primary care DNP, the LVN walking in and asks me my I booked the appointment. I let her know that I was called to do a follow up. She said that is only done after blood work is conducted. Me being confused, I asked her then why was I called to make an appointment if I hadn't gotten any blood work done. The nurse was confused. Now I'm even more infuriated. She said this appointment wasn't needed and that I didn't have any new health concerns I shouldn't see the DNP. I said well you know what not really, because at that point I said what's the point. I wasted my time. They didn't respect me as a patient or value me. Finally I asked her, is there anyway I can get blood work done, because this whole thing started with that. I explained what happened(the ENTIRE STORY) to the LVN. She tells me that the people who call to make the appointments do that all the time( they tell patients to do walk-ins instead of appointments). Then they don't have spots for them. I'm sorry, but if you know that the system you have isn't working or is broken why isn't you clinic fixing it, if it is continuously happening. She felt bad about my entire situation and went to talk to the phlebotomist to see if I get blood work done and they could fit me in. They said I could but I would have to wait. I said that was fine, because at that point 1) I was tired of the poor service 2) I didn't want to return to this clinic 3) I had spent so much time there already and they said my appointment was not needed in the first place. I was already there for an 1hr and finally I got my blood work done. The phlebotomist was as nice as she could possibly be and I appreciate her for taking me but unfortunately I have to report what happened next. She was having trouble finding my vein and with she did she inserted the needle as a weird angle. I was distinctly in pain. You could see it in my face, and you could hear me say it burns. She kept reminding me it is almost over and it will be quick. That's is not how it should feel to get you blood drawn. I new the needle was not inserted correctly. But again with everything that was going on I just to get out of there and go home. The next day when I take off the band-aid. I see a huge Hematoma. I knew it. What else could go wrong. I was in pain. I called the office a week later to see if I could report this whole duration as explained here. I waited because my friends advocated for me to receive the proper care and to report maleficence. As someone who wants to work in healthcare I knew how important it is so I called. They said the case manager wasn't there and so I left my information and asked if they could call me back because I do feel like it was a systematic injustice. I was given 1 phone call, which I missed because I had class. But I had returned the call 2 separated times in different days. The case manager wasn't there AGAIN! I told them days and times I would t be available to call. I waited. Nothing. I told them I won't mind getting an email or txt message in case I miss the call since I am a full time student. They said they don't do that only voicemails(which I don't use). After that I never got a call and gave up. The system failed me. Because of this I'm moving clinics. Being on medi-cal and finding functional medicine doctor has been life changing. Yes he takes other insurance. He gives me his time,knowledge and I have seen tremendous results seeing him. When I first found him after my first appointment the front office went a whole year without answering my phone calls or calling me back. Told it was a phone system issue. Now i finally got through this year and been back with him, the trouble still stands of reaching the office sometimes I have to call eight times a day before they finally answer or not; they never return a voicenail and my prescriptions are never filled when leaving my appointment. I've never had an issue calling my doctor to have my prescriptions refilled anywhere else and the front staff always blames the doctor, I'm not a complainer but they make me feel like I am a bother. This medication is important to my well-being. I feel like their front staff lacks compassion it's one thing that you're not greeted when you come in it's another to be put aside like it's not a priority when it comes to our health. They started doing blood draws and I told them I dont do well and they said I just need to not be anxious and when I started sweating and feeling dizzy they just sent me on my way I had to ask to sit in lobby which was so embarrassing for people to watch me while I try to pull myself together. I just go to quest where they lay me down and have ZERO issues with the blood draw. I have my next blood test in 2 weeks (3 months apart from previous) and have been without my prescriptions for a month. I am extremely grateful for dr lamberty but wish this cycle of having meds then being fully without them would cease and my care could run smoothly without worrying about trying to reach them. Last time I had to make another appt to see him just to get the refills this time I couldn't get an appointment before my follow up date appt already set. It is just irritating but worth it because the doctor is fantastic and the other doctors I have seen had very concerning treatment suggestions.

I was unaware that they were an hour away from my house. I can truly say that the care my child and I received from Dr. Flores and Dr. Sepulveda is 1000% worth the drive. My child's constipation issues have gone away. I am pregnant and have been getting chiropractic care since around 24 weeks and have gotten so much relief from it. What sets this office apart from the rest? A lot! They have a play area right by the receptionist that includes toys and books for the kids, they hand out stickers, always have goodies on the counter for you to enjoy. This office has chiropractic care, massage therapy, and acupuncture. My one visit is not just chiropractic care. It begins with a back stretch while laying face down on a special massage table that moves my hips and legs up and down, a heating pad on my back, a massage, then comes the adjustment and a couple stretches. The adjustment consists of moves I've never had done to me before but have made a huge difference in my comfort throughout this pregnancy. My favorite part about coming here is that Dr. Sepulveda goes above and beyond to make sure I leave feeling good every time. I've gone to chiropractors in the past that do their routine adjustment and if I say I still feel discomfort they say to come again in a couple days or a week. Like I mentioned earlier, my 1 hour drive is worth the experience and relief this office provides me. I highly recommend Dr. Sepulveda and her team.

I feel blessed to have found Karen to help with our natural birthing. Being a nervous first-timer…read morewith pregnancy, she was very supportive and took the time to explain and be there for me every step of the way. She is very sweet and I have referred her to friends. She has over 8 years of experience and doula-ed over 50 births (and that was at the time I interviewed her!) so more now! It was so important to me to have a well-seasoned and experienced doula. Also, her rates are very reasonable. She held my hand during labor and my fondest memory was her feeding me muffins and juice minutes before I had a no-epidural natural hypno-birth with my child at the Irvine Hoag hospital suite. Honestly, it could not have gone better and I would recommend her to anyone. Thank you so very much, Karen. (On a side note, that one negative review should not count as hospitals kept changing rules at the start of the Covid pandemic in 2020 and were not allowing in doulas or additional relatives besides spouses! Silly as it was not Karen's fault.)

Linda clearly explained what was going on and guided us through every step, connecting us with a wonderful pediatric dentist for the procedure and an excellent physical therapist for follow-up support. Thanks to Linda's expert advice, encouragement, and reassurance, I was able to continue breastfeeding successfully. Je'Nelle has more wisdom in the field of childbirth than anyone (from MDs to other midwives and doulas) that I have ever met. She has access to the best practitioners (nutritionists, chiropractors, at home ultrasounds, etc.) and provides personalized care to each mama. She has incredible intuition and always knows exactly what to do. She has a close relationship with God, and the space around her vibrates at a high level of love. She creates a safe and sacred space. If you are concerned with having a birth away from a hospital, just know that Je'Nelle is a skilled medical professional with a background in nursing and has all the medical tech you and your baby might need with the exception of the epidural and C-section (obviously). I felt very confident that she would know when to send me to a hospital if the occasion called. Also, the birthing pool is underrated in how much it helps with pain management. It makes contractions totally doable! Home births are so awesome! You have your baby and can just go sleep in your bed afterwards. Highly recommend!!!
