I opted for the 60 minute relaxing massage and he had the 60 minute deep tissue massage. The prices were asked about in advance and we brought cash. We arrived 10 minutes before our appointment and knocked on the door. We were welcomed inside to a dark yet serene lobby. They offered some refreshment and then we were walked to the room where they set up. We were asked to remove our clothing and lay face down on the beds. The ladies got to work on us and we were treated to some awesome massages. From the commentary my husband kept blurting out, he was having the best massage ever. It is the best way to relax after a long flight, which started off our vacation on the right foot. She checked in with me to make sure the pressure was okay or asked if I needed more. My sore muscles felt so much better during and after. Good, solid start. I was a bit wary of the slightly worn slippers provided and chose to keep my socks on and ignore it. There was no tea or beverage station (which is always a thoughtful touch). Anyway, how was the treatment? My therapist was a "savage". She instinctively manipulated problem areas before I could even offer guidance on areas to tackle. The therapist clearly had a gift.
