Bea took note of the areas in my back and legs that needed the most attention, and made sure to spend more time on them. She checked in with me to make sure the pressure was okay or asked if I needed more. My sore muscles felt so much better during and after. After the massage, Bea set up a sitting area with a pot of delicious tea for me. I took my time and relaxed there, and finished the whole teapot. When I was there, the receptionist spoke minimal English but she was quite patient with my broken Spanish. The waxing rooms are located down the hall far away from the reception and nails area so you have complete privacy. My beautician was Lara who was very friendly. The wax they use here is incredible! It's very thick and velvety. It was by far the most painless waxing session I've ever experienced- and yes it was for everything down there. The price for "pubis sencer del tot" was only 18 euros- a bargain by US standards. Everything on the price list seemed very cheap compared to other places in Barcelona. I didn't because it was freezing cold in the middle of December. The table was only lined with one thin towel, no heat lamp nor bed warmer, not even a towel to cover me with. The biggest lady of the 3 came in and showed annoyance when I requested more pressure, she told me "that's going to cost more". She left the room and told another thinner lady in mini skirt to work on me. Quality was poor. I just sucked it up since I was tight from all the walking from my travels. This second lady left the room and checked what time my massage was over. Super unprofessional. She returned and said 20 more minutes. She stopped when my one hour wasn't up. Take your chance with this lousy establishment. I should have just walked out because of all these red flags.
