Both Travis and Angel politely introduced themselves to us and did a fantastic job moving items out of storage, bringing items into our house, and rearranging items within our home. Before they left, they made sure to ask us if our moving services were completed. They're very polite. I would definitely recommend them and use their services again if needed.

Even so, Day Two lasted from 10:15 a.m. to 10:45 p.m., which is excessive for a move of this size and distance. The most concerning issue was undisclosed property damage. Basement stair railings were broken during the move and never mentioned. I discovered the damage myself, and the broken pieces had been hidden behind a water heater. A dresser drawer knob was also broken and not disclosed. Several items were mishandled -- sofa legs were removed and never reattached, cushions were left piled in the basement, and a treadmill was disassembled without my consent, with an extra part later found hidden. The treadmill was less than ayear old and I found the part under some blankets. Packing quality was extremely poor. I found broken dishes, and many boxes appeared to be dumped directly from drawers with little to no packing, resulting in boxes that looked like piles of junk when opened. This raises serious questions about why the move took so long, given the lack of care taken. One of the movers took over 45 minutes to wrap a club chair. I was ultimately charged about three times what I was quoted. The team lead wanted me to have him and the lead mover come to my home and discuss my concerns! I told him I was not comfortable with that. They have my claim and detailed report. This is a service issue that management needs to handle. There was no need for the two of us to get in a room and both tell our sides ofthe story. After several weeks, the team lead offered a small settlement, which I declined because it would not have covered the documented damage, let alone the misuse of time and materials. After that, communication stopped until I disputed part of the charges with my credit card company. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this company.

From the beginning, we were given very clear expectations: one full day for packing, one full day for moving and setup, and a team of five experienced, professional movers. Unfortunately, almost none of these promises were honored. On packing day, five crew members arrived, but one was completely unproductive and left within an hour, stating it was his last day. The remaining crew failed to inform us that we were only allotted five hours to pack a fully furnished five-bedroom home--an unrealistic and unacceptable limitation. As a result, only about 50% of the packing was completed, with the remainder pushed to the next day. The following day was even more chaotic. Due to miscommunication from their office, the crew went back to the old house instead of continuing work at the new one. To make matters worse, one crew member showed up intoxicated, forcing my husband to personally drive him back to the office. This left us short-staffed and further delayed. Throughout the day, a new supervisor repeatedly warned us that they would have to leave by 5 PM due to "hour limitations," despite the incomplete work. We ended up packing much of the kitchen and bedroom items ourselves just to keep things moving. At the new house, the situation deteriorated further. The supervisor and another crew member left without informing us, abandoning the job mid-process. If not for two crew members, Conor and AJ--who, despite being exhausted, worked hard and showed professionalism--we would have been completely stranded. Additionally, our hardwood vintage bedframe was broken during the move. There are several scratches on the floor in the new house, we are missing several of our expensive shoes. We are still in the process of unpacking, not sure what else we might discover. It has now been over a week, and we have yet to hear from the claims department, despite expecting follow-up. Overall, this was a deeply frustrating and stressful experience, marked by poor communication, lack of professionalism, and failure to deliver on basic commitments. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
