Exceptional service, outstanding professionalism, and unbeatable prices--just a few reasons Anything Off-Road stands above the rest! I can't say enough great things about Anything Off-Road in Lake Havasu, Arizona, and especially Damon, who went above and beyond in a situation where another shop completely failed and left me stranded. I was visiting the area in March 2025 when my Jeep's rear differential blew up--a major issue when you're 1,500 miles from home. I initially trusted Bill Powell at Get it in Gear to repair the axle, which turned out to be a huge mistake! After making me pay the invoice, Bill casually mentioned they just needed to clear a check engine light--except that was a lie. The rear axle was locked up, making the Jeep undriveable on the street. Bill's attitude throughout the process was terrible--not just toward me but also toward his own employees and other customers. Worst of all, when his "repair" failed, he refused to take responsibility, blamed everything else, and left me stranded. This is where Damon and the team at Anything Off-Road saved the day. Within 10 minutes of calling, Damon personally arrived with a trailer and loaded up my Jeep. I asked him to tear into the axle and find the real problem--and he wasted no time. Sure enough, he discovered that Bill at Get it in Gear had assembled the locker incorrectly, causing the locker to be on 100% of the time. Damon even documented everything with photos, showing me exactly what was wrong. To fix it properly, the entire differential had to come apart again, requiring yet another new set of expensive bearings. Throughout the entire process, Damon kept me updated, communicated clearly, and went the extra mile--even performing some additional preventative maintenance while he was under the Jeep. His professionalism, skill, and dedication to doing things the right way were everything that the previous shop lacked. My biggest regret? Not going to Anything Off-Road in the first place! If you need off-road work done in Lake Havasu, don't make the same mistake I did. Skip the hassle and go straight to Anything Off-Road. I want to say they are stand up here at Anything Off-road. I had some front springs replaced due to ride height on my rubicon by them. They accidentally put the same spring back on my jeep and I didn't realize that had happened till my elk hunt. The jeep rode the same as it did before with same spring bottom out issue as previously. I brought it down about 7-8 months after I had the work done by them. They replaced with the proper spring no questions asked. No charge no hostility just great service. Wanted everybody to be aware. I have a Can am Maverick X3 And I have Did the conversion kit from 64 to 72 inch. And as if anybody has done it, they know it is not cheap. Had the local shop here in town anything off road Help me out. But they really ended up making it a really big deal.. As they did not install Drive side front axle Properly. As I have been told plenty of times from everybody at their shop. They do not like the can am mavericks. They will need every tool in their toolbox To work on them. As they told me polaris is the best. On arrival for pick up somehow my battery has drained completely and they have forgotten to tighten many things, including my steering And as I inspect my machine before as anyone should do on pick it up especially after spending the money. I did one walk around it and found multiple things wrong And I saw the axle out. And they assured me that it was fine. Went to glamorous for Halloween and ever since. I've had problems and I've had pay for my own Front differential and axle because they were bolt destroyed because not proper install and they do not want to own app to it and help me fix my stuff. They have melted my transmission axles gaskets as Trying to get my rear axles out and I had to pay for the gaskets they melted. My back bumper almost fell off. Bolts were not even tight front bumper missing bolts. Plastic missing clips. I had to completely go over the machine. Because I did not feel safe.... Went back to tell them what have I found. They said they would replace my plastic clips But they did not have nothing to say about my front axle and my front differential now being done and happened to replace it with a new one. There is two sets of splines in the front differential driver's sighed pacifically, as they did not know because they did not line the splines up to install axle properly and now do not want to take responsibility. Yes, I've had my Dodge Ram Commons. Diesel lifted coil over fox racing conversion came out. I complete disaster tried to give them a second try. I have videos pictures in all documentary about my trip that I have sold. Because I did not feel safe driving it after they had worked on it. They don't even deserve a one star rating. read more

Needed some springs swapped out on a set of King shocks for an upcoming trip. They were able to get me in quickly and make the swap in an hour at a reasonable price. Went back a second time to have a part welded up. They handled the job again at a reasonable price and got the job done on time. Outstanding customer service and very friendly staff. read more

I really have to thank anything offroad. We waited 2 weeks for an appt to bring in my arctic cat. Then they had it for over 3 weeks because the kept saying that the part (new rear differential) was coming in. It never did. It was supposed to be $1800 for a new rear dif installed. Instead they replaced only the clutch pack and charged us $1500! crazy! He ended up knocking off a couple hundred, so about $1300. Would have rather had the new rear dif. So next day, take it out and it's making a crazy metal on metal noise that it never made before. He says he probably can't get to it until after t-day. Awesome so he has it for 3 weeks again, says it's a nut and cv boot. Easy peasey. Quotes us half an hour to fix. About $100 He'll have the part the next day and have it ready for us by Friday. No call, no explanation. A week later, he just got the part and got it fixed and was going to charge us 4 hours of labor plus double the price he quoted for parts! Took it out the next day and guess what, it's broken down again, with an issue we've never had before and we had to tow it back. So thank you anything offroad! We were never talking about buying me a new side by side but thanks to your lack of communication, inability to keep your word and shoddy service we'll be getting a new one within the next month! Took a trip to Havasu for the weekend, managed to blow out one of my shocks on my 2500HD on the way over. Called Anything Offroad and they got my front shocks all rebuilt and reinstalled the same day. Thanks Anything Offroad for getting my truck back up and riding the way it should. We can't thank the folks at Anything Off-Road enough for the wonderful experience we had with them! We were heading home from a trip to Parker, AZ with our extended family and our five dogs when one of our vehicles had a major issue. We were stuck and quickly researched service stations to fix our vehicle. Luckily, AAA towed us to Anything Off-Road! Their customer service was truly top-notch. We had to wait for several parts in order for our vehicle to be fixed, but as we were waiting in the 115+ degree weather, they welcomed us into their shop like we were family. They offered us water and use of their restroom. We were there most of the day and even took in our dinner and ate it inside. Once they got the parts they needed, they were skilled in fixing our vehicle so we could get back safely on our way home that night. If we could rate them higher than 5 out of 5 stars we would! Jeff and his crew are FABULOUS!!! Long story....when Jeep broken down in Cottonwood, our only choice was Cottonwood Jeep (never go there)! We picked up our Jeep and half way back to Havasu, the back end started clicking. Needless to say, after over 3k for a new backend, Cottonwood Jeep gave us a bent axle!!! Anything off road diagnosed and fixed the bad axel in 6 hours!!!! We live in Indiana, we were in Arizona for a month, these guys are AMAZING! Without them we would have had to end our trip in Arizona. I could not recommend these guys enough!!!! read more

I have had work done a couple of times at Anything Off-Road and they are always super friendly and accommodating. My most recent was when I noticed a few bolts missing from my rim lock ring on my rim of my Raptor and the tire pressure was low. I assumed wrongly that someone was trying to steal the rim lock ring and took off part way through the job. I went back inside and called anything Off Road and just saying my name and my vehicle, they remembered me from getting my lift and tires done many months prior. I asked if they had extra rim lock bolts and if I could just drive over real quick and have them install the bolts. I was told, "Sure, no problem." Once I arrived though, we found out that the bolts were not missing but rather sheared off and well inside the rim. Jeff and crew spent over 2 hours trying to get the last of the two stubborn bolts out that were buried inside my rim while I waited and were finally successful. Jeff walked back into the lobby and said, "You're all set. We fixed it." I asked how much it was and he said, "No charge..." I was a bit floored as they just labored for over 2 hours and didn't want to charge me because [guess] I was a return customer?!?!?! I gave them a measly $100 as a thank you [should have been more] and drove off with my rim lock back to normal. I will always use Anything Off-Road for any non-standard service [Ford does my free oil changes and such] and am planning on going back as soon as possible for a set of A arms. These guys are great. I would give everyone in the shop a shout out but I am terrible with names. I remembered Jeff's though because it's mine as well ;) These guys do great work at very affordable prices and with awesome attitudes. Just don't let them work for free.
