I took my Truck to have work completed. I supplied the parts informed the receptionist two times that parts were in cab. I called her second time to explain, she was busy said owner would call me back before working on my vehicle. Didn't happen! Parts were in passenger seat next to Mechanic who worked on car. Owner Uninformed by his staff ordered the same part from his supplier, AT TWICE THE COST of what I had supplied. $200 down the drain due to bad communication. He said I could return the part to Walmart (best place to shop for quality parts first) The shop and Mechanics are top notch, However be sure to talk directly to the owner to get your information across. Also my opinion take your own Oils filters and parts if you know what you need. $130 per hour shop cost and the parts are still marked up. Lesson learned, Lost a costumer! read more

Terrible quality and shameful communication . I had my 97 Ford F250HD in for a main seal change. Drove to Quartzite and back to LHC, dripping oil from 3 oil pan bolts. I retorqued them and fixed that issue. Now the main seal is dripping. One of the tie rods is making a noise, now. So, I'll limp it back to WA. I don't have the time or patience for them to look at it further. Can't recommend them!! The tranny seal died in Nevada. Now waiting a week for new tranny. Owner tried to correct it with insurance but, "it's my fault", the tranny failed. So the tranny, never had a problem with it before they messed with it. So it boils down to, proving I drove it 350 miles and it fails or they did t align the tranny correctly and had to muscle it in. Anyway, the owner will bail along with his "insurance", and disappear. At least their capable of flushing the radiator. read more

This company is amazing! I'm from California and I was on my way to Havasu and 110° weather when my air decided to go out. I had a leak and needed my air to be recharged. The dealership of course wanted to charge me an arm and a leg. Sorry for the lengthy testimony but I'm extremely pleased with Tri Tech Auto and highly recommend their mechanics for all your repair needs. When we arrived in Lake Havasu we were in need of diesel repair. I was already interested in Bulletproofing my Ford F350 6.0 engine. When I spoke to Danny, the owner and told him what the symptoms were he pretty much diagnosed my problems over the phone. I went ahead and did the full Bulletproof and I'm so happy with the outcome. I don't know how to thank Danny at Tri Tech Auto enough. The service I have received here over the past nearly 20 years is beyond description. My grandson's truck was making funny noises a few days before this review and when I asked Danny if he would mind going to check on the truck he gladly accepted even though I don't think he normally make road calls. I didn't want the kid to drive to Danny and harm something more than it may already be harmed. And the kid was somewhat close by. Long story short the engine appeared as though it might be toast! And as luck would have it Christmas was only a few days away so there was no expectation the truck would be running any time until after New Years. So we called a tow truck and left the kid's truck with Danny. We got an unexpected phone call on Christmas Eve Day from Danny saying he was able to repair the truck. What was thought to be a blown engine turned into and almost sucked valve that didn't destroy the motor. Morale here is that if you hear a strange noise stop before you cause significant damage. Anyway, thanks to Danny and crew there was a bright spot for us for Christmas. In all of the near 20 years I have lived in Lake Havasu nobody but Danny has ever touched a car I own and never will. Was referred to this shop while visiting family. We have and issues with our bmw air conditioning. We wanted to have it looked out due to the long trip home in 90 decree weather. Danny was excellent at letting me know what the issue within 2 hours of dropping it off. It was only a fuse for one of the fans that run to keep both the air and engine cool. If it had not been fixed we could have easy overheated driving home Repair was quick an affordable. I wish we had more mechanics like tri tech were we live. read more

This review is two weeks late. My apologies to Tri-Tech and Danny. The wife, myself and our dogs were out enjoying Lake Havasu for four days two weeks ago when the A/C in our 2002 Excursion became unsafe for our pups. It would blow cool, not cold like it used to, and only through the defrost vents. It was a Sunday so we needed this fixed ASAP on Monday for our ride home Tuesday. Went online to find a shop. Two popped up. Took it to Bob's My Shop first. The gentleman sitting in his chair wasn't much help and wasn't much interested in helping. Off to Tri-Tech. The service writer/owner (her name escapes me. My apologies to her) said they were very busy, but she would talk to a Danny about it. Danny came over, we talked. I explained we wanted to get out on the lake by late morning and he said he'll take a look at it right now and report back to me. 20 minutes later he found the problem. A rat chewed through one of the vacuum lines. Unfortunately, Danny couldn't tell just yet what else was damaged. He quoted two hours labor and said, "let's see where we are after that." I was pleasantly surprised when he walked into the waiting room in just under two hours and said you're good to go. Thieves ,dishonest and prey on women. DONT GIVE THIS SHOP ONE PENNY. My girlfriend had her Lexus towed in for a dead battery. The owner of this business tried to convince her that she needed a new $1100 throttlebody for her car. We knew there was nothing wrong with her car, all they needed to do was install a new battery and reset the computer. She has been driving the car without incident for the last year.
