Gum has steadily gone downhill, they not only ha ent added equipment they have removed machines. The dumbbell racks have been covered with the same dead skin for over a year. I have asked the manager about cleaning and he didn't seem to care. I work out at anytimes all over the country, this one has the lease amount of equipment, bars, and one of the dirtiest. We live 5 minutes away but we drive to downtown Kenosha 27 minutes away Anytime fitness it's clean, the owner is great and they are always adding things for the members. Do not judge the franchise by this gym, as there are choices in Kenosha and Libertyville. read more

I was very pleased with my membership with this facility. I was reasonably priced. Adequately clean. Lots of different gym equipment to choose from, not just cardio machines and weights. They have a great multi purpose room. I had to recently cancel though due to my job. Hunter was accommodating to me and was able to cancel my membership easily. I hope to join again someday. read more

I do not recommend this gym. The Trainers are not responsible and never show up to scheduled trainings with the members. They have lost all their trainers every other month! Its a joke and very expensive!! I do NOT recommend this gym!!! read more

Been going here for 3 years now. Great place to workout. Thanks to the staff for all the things you do to keep things moving there. Was able to work with Randy the trainer and nutritionist who gave me some great tips and was very helpful. Thanks Randy. I called and left a message on two different days to inquire about a membership. Never received a call back. Poor management?

I have only been at this gym a month but I love it so far: great, friendly staff, well-kept equipment, and not too busy. I was at my last gym for over a year and I have bashed it on here enough already, so I won't even name it, but it was dirty, poorly staffed, and slightly under-equipped, so of course those became my first priorities when evaluating my next gym. Anytime has wonderful friendly staff (I have no firsthand experience with the trainer/s yet so I can't speak about that), and it is kept very clean. Although small, they have enough equipment for the current clientele. It is not terribly busy, so it is easier to do circuit-style workouts than at my last, perpetually busy, gym. Sometimes I am even in there *gasp* alone! Bliss! They are still regularly adding equipment, and there are a few small things I would find helpful to have, but nothing that I absolutely couldn't modify using what they currently have. One of my biggest aha! moments with them was seeing that they have posters up everywhere promoting weightlifting for women! This is a personal hotspot for me, as so many women are ill-informed about the benefits of weightlifting and how it will change their bodies, and are thus scared from it, so to see a gym that promotes it is truly refreshing! Yay! they also have a self-led class room in the back with a projector that will allow you to pick from a variety of workouts in lieu of being able to have actual classes (still too small for that). So you can virtually go to a spinning or yoga class and watch it on the screen like you would at home, (but with more space and equipment and less distraction). The only negative I have found so far is as I mentioned, a few pieces of equipment missing, and since there is only one squat rack, which doubles as the bench press, there is a chance that you will have to wait to use it, but honestly because it is so rarely busy I have only had to wait twice so far, so it's not a big deal. read more

Don't come to this place is like the candy house of Hansel and Gretel until you in is almost impossible to cancel the membership and the manager charge extra money for cancellation even if you give the 30 day notice and the 50 dollars for early cancellation. They charged you another month plus 30 dollars for membership equipment. read more

OMG, where do I start?!?! So, I took advantage of a 14 day 'complimentary' membership trial and only visited this fitness center 1 day. The next day that I visited, there were no staff available to unlock the door to allow me in to the facility. The following day, the same thing occurred twice even though the door clearly stated the staffed hours, yet again the door was locked. For the next several days, I had made more embarrassing attempts, but to no avail. I could not understand why there were staffed hours, but the door continued to remain locked. My daughter actually purchased a key card for her 14 day trial membership, which would allow her 24 hour access. However, this was not mandatory, but explained as only a recommendation by the staff. Nearly one week later, still not able to gain access into the facility to work out, the lock out happened yet again. This time I asked my daughter to call staff since the door was locked AGAIN and I could not gain entry. At this point, I am tired of putting on my gym clothes and spending the time and gas money to travel back and forth to the gym without being able to work out. My daughter went in with her key prior to calling and stated that the owner had a bad attitude with her and wouldn't be coming out to talk to me. So, my daughter got her on the phone and I convinced her to talk to me. Upon unlocking the door to the facility, the owner, Linda and I got into a heated discussion as I exposed the management team for not being professional in attitude and not keeping regularly staffed hours as written on their door. I made suggestions to them to put signage out letting their customers and potential customers know when staff is present. She stated that they had been experiencing problems with people coming in to work out who did not have a membership or even a trial membership. As a consumer, that is not my fault and the business managers and owner need to brainstorm creative ways to combat such actions. The owner also made a point to insult me by telling me that if I could not pay the (non-mandatory) fee of $25 for the key card for 14 days that I didn't need to be coming there as a customer. How dare this woman say such a thing! She didn't know my financial situation and now has completely lost out on $150 because of her nasty attitude toward her potential customer. I would HIGHLY recommend people stay as far away from this facility as humanly possible. This business is not professional nor do they deserve our money to help them stay afloat. Linda, the owner needs to take sensitivity training and learn the art of satisfying customers by backing up words with actions and honoring their commitment to leave the doors unlocked during business hours. Although this community does need a workout facility, Anytime Fitness is NOT the place. Consider taking your hard-earned dollars elsewhere and not patronizing this very unprofessional business. read more

The equipment in the gym is very new and CLEAN . The manager Rachel and the trainers do a great job promoting different activities and workouts to encourage health and fitness. I recommenced this gym for people of all ages. read more
