I have been stuck in an endless circle from hell trying to unsubscribe from the hundreds of useless emails and text messages they send out. I have gone through the pain staking process of clicking through the dozens of useless information notifications only to keep receiving them. I have emailed the manager and every other email I could find with zero responses from anyone. I would not go back to this place if it were free.

They have tournaments and events here from time to time that can make things crowded and parking less than ideal, but on the ordinary day, it's no problem. The included child care with membership is a huge plus, however the hours could be expanded to match open hours. For everything that is included, the family price is very reasonable!! Overall, the family and myself really enjoy being members here!!! Again, staff are great!! The only reason it didn't get 5 stars is there is always room for improvement, and I can't leave a 4.5 or 4.8 rating!

I have been lifting for just over 30 years. Ive even won a 50 and over classic Physique show in Dallas 4 years ago. My last three visits were not enjoyable at all. There seems to be a new trainer in the gym and I saw his name on the board up front but didnt write it down. Kid about 5'7'' looks like he rode in on a skateboard. Anyway the other trainer is always and I mean always kind, professional and seems happy. This new guy, well, he tries to deadlift with every plate he can find. He only tries one lift, gets half and then drops it. Its extremely loud and everyone in the gym jumps. This is not a cross fit gym. Those are not cross fit plates. He takes about 45 minutes to lift 6 times. Takes up all the plates that he cant lift or tries to lift, incorrectly, (thats on him) However, today, he left them in the floor to go train what looked like a new member. The weights stayed in the floor the entire time he was training her. I gave up and left because I didnt want to have a moment where if I tried to strip the bar, he gets upset and makes a seen. I love the feel and vide of this gym, usually. I get it, I lift heavy too but, only what I can control. I grunt, sure, but I control my weights. I respect those working around me. This gym has been that way in the past. Now everyone tries to avoid being anywhere near this guy and where he is. OK, please let me clear this up. I love this gym. I love the office guy thats also a trainer, (Maybe Colton or Conner? Im not good with remembering names) He has helped me when Ive had questions or even when I ask for advise. Also, not many gyms are this clean. No dust on fans or behind equipment. Its a great gym. Just not when this new trainer is in there.

You talk to their finance company who is powerless and are then sent to collections. Management has no regard for their members safety.
