I came in on February 26, 2026 which is before the 30 day window. The manager AND Jake the managing partner informed me because my last payment is March 7, 2026 and within the 30 days of the annual fee, I have to pay both?? I tried to ask for the annual fee to be waived since I won't have access to the gym these next 12 months but was informed they cant do that for me. I feel ripped off. The gym, while clean, is not worth these unreasonable, greedy policies.

I have the program through your insurance that gives you access to 15k+ gyms for 25 bucks a month. It is very much worth it if you travel or just want gym variety in your own town. What I really like about this gym is the footprint. Everything has plenty of space around it. Most if not all the machines were maintained. Didn't smell, and everything you want for in a nice gym. If I'm back in town, y'all will see me again.

That little sauna seems to *rarely, if ever, be thoroughly cleaned* beyond a simple vacuuming. I can see this being perfect for those with crowd anxiety or something. But it somehow seems so sketchy, with different plans... and then trying to make you buy extra stuff, like a special expensive mat and towel... I just don't get it.

No business open 24 hours should tolerate a lack of lighting. I know the landlord controls this but I would be all over them daily if I was corporate or gym management. 2. Cleanliness in the restrooms. I get it, gym restroom, but put splatter eliminating pads in the urinals and pads on the floor. These won't break the bank, but will make a huge difference. I've brought BOTH these issues up via survey with this gym before, and neither item has been addressed.
