I finished the week and came here for the review. First, the space was nice and wide open. I like to warm up and stretch out solo before the workout and found everything I needed easily (PVC pipes, bands, muscle rollers). I'm sure it can get hot later in the summer, but the Oklahoma breeze swept through the large open doors and felt great! I did the 9:30 classes and was still able to find an experienced crowd. Yes, moms and kids at that time, but they were there to work hard and push. Handstand pushups, kipping pullups, fast paces on the runs, and a steady push to beat the clock were the norm. Everyone was welcoming, upbeat and talkative to this stranger. :) I worked with two trainers while I was there, Corey and Preston. They explained each workout carefully beforehand, asked for questions, made personal modifications when needed and kept close watch on any who needed guidance or inspiration. The workouts were what I am used to, the ones I attended had a strong focus on the posterier chain. The four person team was new to me and a lot of fun, social and exhausting. I don't compete, but did see yearly posters on the wall showing that they do go up to competition level for those who can. This country club is by far the worst one I've been to. Ever. We had a large event here (about 200…read morepeople), and we ran into so many different issues! We usually host our event at Oklahoma City Golf and Country Club but we decided to give this place shot. Really regretting that foolish decision. The staff was very rude and seemed like they all hated their job. The manager who was helping us was even ruder, believe it or not. The AC stopped working, basically the entire time we were there. The food was supposed to be served at 7:15 and it was served at 7:45. Ladies from their country club (wearing jeans at our black tie event) kept coming into our event and drinking on our tab. The event manager and employees were so unprofessional. I am not sure how they let that happen. The staff started picking up our items at 11:30pm even though our event was supposed to end at midnight. They took our drinks (including water), whether we were done or not. I am so disappointed! For such an expensive venue, I expected at least decent service. I would like to reiterate how rude the event manager was that "helping" us. I will make sure to get her name and add it to this post. I DO NOT RECOMMEND HOSTING ANY EVENT HERE. Unless you want a terrible experience that's not worth the cost.

When I called, the interaction was rude, dismissive, and ended with your staff hanging up while we were still trying to communicate, only minutes away. That is unprofessional and unacceptable. There was no effort to show basic courtesy, offer alternatives, or handle the situation respectfully... only a refusal and loss of payment. Policies do not justify poor customer service. If this is how customers are treated, it will impact your reputation over time. People pay attention to how they're treated, and they share those experiences.
