I enrolled in remedial swim classes, and the director was fantastic. I also enrolled my children in swim classes, and the teacher was also excellent. Both my teacher and my children's teacher were patient, kind, and very constructive. The weight room on 18th St. is well stocked. Even when it fills up with High schoolers, it doesn't get out of hand, and the people are nice, taking turns if necessary on the same equipment. The jungle gym in the same facility is great for the kids, and I'm amazed at all the things there are to do. I think I can safely say that for the price, this is one of the best YMCAs I have ever joined.

I have never been to this location. After playing at a softball tournament, my kids wanted to go…read moreswimming. We arrived around 4:30 or shortly thereafter. I paid $26.00 for us to swim, the front desk personnel directed us to the changing room. We weren't in the pool 15 minutes when the lifeguard blew the whistle & said the pool is now closed. I said to her that I just paid to get in & swim. She was so nice & was surprised that the woman at the front desk didn't say what time the pool closed. Told me to go ask for a refund. When I went back out to the front desk, I asked her why she didn't tell me that the pool was closing so soon when I paid to get in? She replied with, "well you didn't ask." Well yes you are correct.....I didn't ask. But I also said We hadn't been there before when we first came in the door, you could have mentioned it then. She pointed to some small poster & said, "here is the pool hours." Great friendly customer service displayed by this individual! (Sarcasm!!) I did receive my refund upon leaving, after voicing my opinion of her lack of direction. Next weekend I guess we will drive to Grand Island instead & go to Island oasis instead.

Adam Reents - Production Manager and the supervisbuilding. We have a choice of taking lunch at 12-1230 or 1230-1. I was taking the 12-1230 break with my trainer, the last day I took the 1230-1 and they came at me (kinda scared me) so they said I took and hour luch which I didn't, I even showed them my McD's receipt that had 1245 date stamped on it. They also said I show up in the mornings every day, I am in the parking lot 20-30 before my shift. I have anxiety and being late . Makes it worse, so I show up early, at all my jobs. Also, when I went to talk to Adam, Tim follows me in intimidating me from talking with him.
